¿Alguna vez te has preguntado cómo podrías hacerte rico?/¿Have you ever wondered how could you get rich?

Un ejemplo de ello es Steve Jobs, que junto con su amigo de la adolescencia, Steve Wozniak crearon la más conocida empresa en equipos electrónicos.

Steve Jobs is an e example of it,with his friend Steve Wozniak they created the most known company in computer equipment.

Aquí muestro 12 reglas que  han llevado a Steve Jobs a alcanzar la gloria, espero que las sigáis si queréis convertiros en grandes empresarios y ganar mucho dinero.

Here i show you 12 rules that Steve Jobs  followed to get the glory, I hope you follow the rules whether you want you become in big bussines and earn a lot of money.

1. Haz lo que te gusta hacer/ Do what you like.

Encuentra tu verdadera pasión. La única manera de hacer un gran trabajo es hacer lo que te gusta.
Find your true passion. The only way to do a great work is doing what you like the most.

2. Sé diferente/ Be different.

Piensa diferente.

Think different

3. Esfuérzate al máximo/ Make an effort

Haz tu mejor esfuerzo en cualquier trabajo. No te duermas! El éxito genera más éxito. Así que mantente hambriento de éxito. Contrata a gente con pasión por la excelencia.

Make your best effort in any job. Don´t sleep! The success produce more success.

Hire people with passion for the excellence.

4. Haz un análisis FODA/ Do a FODA analysis.

Tan pronto como inicies/crees una empresa haz una lista escrita de fortalezas y debilidades de ti y tu empresa.

As soos as you create a company, make a list with the strengths and weaknesses of you and your business.

5. Sé emprendedor/ Be enterprising

Encuentra un grupo de ideas sobre las que hay que actuar rápida y decididamente y métete en eso. A veces el primer paso es el más difícil. Solo hazlo! Ten el coraje de seguir a tu corazón y tu intuición.

Find a group of ideas that we must act quickly and decisively and get into that. Sometimes the first step is the hardest. Just do it! Have the courage to follow your heart and your intuition.

6. Comienza en pequeño, piensa en grande/ Start

No te preocupes de demasiadas cosas a la vez. Toma un puñado de cosas simples para comenzar, y entonces ve progresando hacia cosas más complejas.

Do not worry about too many things at once. Take a handful of simple things to start with and then go progressing to more complex things.

7. Aspira a ser líder/ Aspire to be a leader

Posee y controla la tecnología primaria en todo lo que haces. Si hay una mejor tecnología disponible, úsala, no importa si no hay nadie más usándola. Sé el primero, y conviértelo en un estándar de la industria.

Controls the primary technology in everything you do. If there's a better technology available, use it no matter if no one else is using it. Be the first, and make it a standard of the industry.

8. Enfócate en el resultado/ Focus on the result.

La gente te juzga por el resultado, así que enfócate en el resultado. Algunas personas no están acostumbradas a un ambiente donde se espera la excelencia.  Si no saben de ti, no te van a comprar. Pon atención en el diseño. "El diseño no es solo como se ve o qué parece, es como funciona."

People judge you by the result, so focus on the result. Some people aren´t used to an environment where excellence is expected. If they don´t know anything about you, they are not going to buy you. Pay attention to the design. "Design is not just as it looks or what it seems, is  how it´s works."

9. Pide la opinión / Ask for the opinio.

Pide la opinión de personas con distintos formas de pensar. Cada uno de ellos te dirá algo útil. Enfócate en aquellos que van a usar tu producto. Escucha a tus clientes.

Ask for the opinión to people with differents ways of thinking. Each one of them will give you something useful. Focus on those people that are going to use your product. Listen to your clients.

10. Innova / Innovate

La innovación distingue a un líder de los seguidores. Delega, deja que otros hagan el 50% del trabajo administrativo para poder pasar el 50% de tu tiempo en cosas nuevas. Concéntrate en las creaciones importantes y en la innovación radical. Contrata a personas que quieran hacer las mejores cosas del mundo.

Innovation distinguishes a leader from the followers. Delegates, let others do the 50% of the administrative work to spend 50% of your time on new things. Concentrate on important creations and radical innovation. Hire people who want to do the best things in the world.

11. Aprende del fracaso / Learn of the failings

Algunas veces, cuando innovas cometes errores. Es bueno admitirlos rápidamente y seguir mejorando tus otras innovaciones.

When you innovate, sometimes you make mistakes. It´s good admit them quickly and then keep improving your others innovations

12. Aprende continuamente/ Keep learning

¡Siempre hay "algo más" para aprender! Aprende de clientes, competidores y socios. Aprende a criticar a tus enemigos abierta y honestamente. 

There is always "something more" to learn! Learn from clients, competitors and partners.  Learn to criticize your enemies openly and honestly.
